A: We have offices in Eastern Europe, particulary in Russia and Ukraine.

Q: How many programmers are needed for starting and upgrading the system?

A: At least 1 persons.

Q: What is the Client.exe software download size?

A: Approx. 2.5 Mb.

Q: Does your company provide additional services? Is it possible to customize Client.exe software? Is it possible to add new games to the Client.exe software?

A: Yes, we provide additional services. There is a skins support available. New games can be added upon your request.

Q: How much time is needed to activate the system?

A: Not more than 2 weeks.

Q: Who provides technical service and support for the software?

A: Our company provides all technical service and support.

Q: Can any changes in the software be done (for example, for marketing purposes), such as a web-based games, etc?

A: It all depends on the funds you are ready to invest. Any changes upon your request can be done.

Q: Does this software have any marketing features that can be changed on-a-fly?

A: There are two advertising locations available: bottom right vertical bar at the Lobby window and pop-up window, so you can place ad text in the Client.exe software. The on-a-fly design changes can be done.

Q: Does this Software have Real Money and Play Money games?

A: Yes, both types are available.

Q: What types of games are available in the Client.exe software?

A: Hold'em, Omaha, 7 Stud, 5 Stud -- (Hi & Hi/Lo)

Q: How is software installed? Can the tournaments or simple tables be installed? Or may be both?

A: Both types can be installed according to your wish.

Q: Does the software have such feature as chat?

A: Yes, it does.

Q: Is there Forum available?

A: The Forum feature is under developing.

Q: Are free e-mails available?

A: Not yet.

Q: Is it possible to create a private poker table for VIP players?

A: Yes, you can open private poker table with personal managing, design, name, etc.

Q: Is Awator or add-pic feature available at the poker room?

A: No yet.

Q: How long has the software been tested?

A: There were 2500 clients on the non-stop basis playing during 6 months test.

Q: What upgrades or improvements have been made?

A: Upgrades are made on regular basis in order to optimize the software. The last and mostly important upgrade was made to add a players' voice chat (PokerPhoneR) feature at the game table.

Q: Is there a collisions preventing feature?

A: Yes, of course.

Q: How is security provided?

A: A clients' database is created in order to prevent any frauds. The net security of the highest level is provided.

Q: What marketing or promo features are provided?

A: There are Partnership program and bonus system provided.

Q: Can the statistics report be seen in the player's Info?

A: Yes.

Q: Are there statistics and movements applications?

A: Yes, there are special applications for analyzing clients' movements (who, where, when, etc.).

Q: What banking/payment/processing system is used?

A: Payments by credit/debit cards can be processed. Also you can use standard payments methods.

Q: Is there a compatibility with the other payments systems?

A: Our payment system is fully compatible with most on-line systems (PayPalR, FirePayR, VeriSignR, NETellerR, PrePaidR, etc.).

Q: Can you provide additional services such as hosting, ISP, co-location, supplying of the equipment and technical support for it, company registration service, bank account, merchant account, gambling licenses and also notary, lawyer, accountant and auditor services?

A: Yes, we can provide additional services upon your request.
